Write to hello@pickagame.lol. That one address covers everything: a bug, a wrong answer in a quiz, a puzzle with two solutions, a game idea, a question about privacy, or a business enquiry.
We usually reply within a few days. There is no support queue and no chatbot in front of it.
Reporting a problem
The more specific the better: which game, which language, what you did, and what you expected instead. For a daily puzzle, the puzzle number helps; for anything on screen, a screenshot helps most.
